15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our prints. If you are not satisfied with your artwork for any reason within our control, simply contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will replace or refund your order in full.

This guarantee covers:

  • Product defects or quality issues
  • Damage that occurs during shipping
  • Assembly or finishing errors
Order Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, production begins soon after your order is placed.

  • If your artwork has not yet been printed or shipped, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • If your order is already in production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
