Erasmus Quellinus II (1607–1678) was a Flemish Baroque painter active in Antwerp, known for large religious and decorative commissions. A pupil of Peter Paul Rubens, he adopted Rubens’s dynamic compositions while developing a more restrained classicism. He contributed to major civic and ecclesiastical projects in the Southern Netherlands.
